High Rise Proposal

he High Rise project was a request by a developer to design a "company signature," regional identity, 80-story office building.

After freehand sketches, a scale model was constructed to study the physical space and its appearance, proportions, structural purity and constructability.

The 90 degree twisted, elliptical shape softens and disperses the forward winds and lessens the vortex-wind pull.

Again, after various material studies, the final representation shows the high rise located within the proposed site.
